Contract Type: 12+ month contract with potential to convert based on performance
Schedule: Onsite Monday through Friday standard 40-hour work week
Pay: $30-38.50/hr *dependent on relevant work experience, education, certifications* on W2 paid weekly with optional health benefits + 401K and savings
Day to day responsibilities:
All User Acceptance Testing, reviewing requirements for a particular feature, document high level test scenarios, detailing test cases, execute test cases, document outcomes (including screenshots)
Will need to write very detailed test cases (write as though they will be automated–they’re about 75-80% manual but will kick anything that can be automated over to the automation team.
Collaboration aspect–will work with developers, attend daily stand up, communicate with Automation teams, need to document process and report back in Scrum meetings.
Using Jira for project tracking, test requirements and artifacts are in qTest. ALM, TestRail, Zephyr, etc all okay alternatives. Just need test repository experience (not Excel)
1-2 minimum years of experience, will consider someone from a BA/BSA background as long as you do have the appropriate testing experience
Must Haves:
UAT
Manual Testing (1-2+ years of experience)
Experience writing detailed test cases, test scenarios, and outcome documentation
Test repository tool experience (qTest preferred, TestRail, ALM, Zephyr, etc. are sufficient)
Strong communication
Nice to Have:
