We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst to join our team, focusing on lottery gaming systems. In this role, you will develop and execute system test plans, conduct multi-week testing scenarios, and ensure the smooth operation of scratch-off and online lottery sales, validation, billing, and inventory processes. You will collaborate closely with vendors, software developers, and internal teams to verify system enhancements, resolve anomalies, and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in software quality assurance, testing, or related IT roles, preferably in the lottery or gaming industry.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and configuration management practices.
Proficiency with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
