As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our mission, providing exceptional support and ensuring quality performance.
Role Expectations:
Reviewing and scoring calls of Licensed Medicare agents to ensure they are following the sales process.
Promptly report any compliance related issues to management.
Complete call audits in a timely manner.
Communicating with training commonly missed trends to identify needs for additional training.
Work closely with Strategic Performance Manager to resolve CTMs and Grievances.
Work closely with Sales Managers to coach agents on Quality/Compliance related issues.
Participate in training agents on the scorecard.
Additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills: Able to clearly convey information both written and verbally
A positive, empathetic attitude and receptive to feedback
Ability to quickly learn PolicyPoint processes and systems
Keen eye for detail
1-2 year of experience in a Medicare and/or health insurance QA
