Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field OR 5+ years of equivalent QA experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Control
  • 5+ years of experience translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios
  • Experience building test cases and scenarios into testing systems
  • 3+ years of experience with Sahi Pro/Selenium Automation Framework
  • Experience designing and developing automation scripts using automation guidelines
  • Working knowledge of one or more process improvement frameworks such as:
  • SPICE
  • TPI
  • TMMI
  • CMMI OPF/OPD/PPQA
  • Hands-on experience with formal test design techniques:
  • Equivalence Class Partitioning
  • Pairwise Analysis
  • Experience using test design tools such as PICT or equivalent orthogonal tools

Preferred Skills

  • 5+ years of large enterprise or e-business systems experience
  • 3+ years of Medicaid or healthcare domain experience
  • Experience with X12 Standards and HIPAA EDI Transactions
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools including JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience working in both Waterfall SDLC and Agile environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop QA/UAT test plans, test cases, and testing processes
  • Perform Smoke Testing, System Integration Testing, and End-to-End Testing
  • Design and support regression and UI testing applications
  • Execute quality assurance testing including negative and usability testing
  • Identify defects, security flaws, and optimization opportunities
  • Maintain defect tracking databases and coordinate issue resolution
  • Review and validate vendor test plans and test results
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, business teams, and leadership
  • Prepare test reports and communicate testing outcomes effectively
  • Ensure adherence to QA governance policies and industry best practices
