We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-focused Quality Assurance Analyst to evaluate processes, products, and services to ensure they meet established quality standards and business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and recommend effective improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze processes, products, and services to identify quality issues and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance plans, procedures, checklists, and documentation.
  • Conduct quality reviews, inspections, audits, and testing activities.
  • Monitor processes and performance against established quality standards and requirements.
  • Identify, document, investigate, and track defects, errors, and quality issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Review data and quality metrics to identify trends, recurring issues, and potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality reviews, findings, corrective actions, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and other teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Validate that corrective actions have been implemented effectively.
  • Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management.
  • Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure processes and deliverables follow established company standards and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall quality.
  • Communicate quality findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and standards.

Required Skills

Requirements

  • Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, process improvement, auditing, operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience conducting quality reviews, audits, inspections, or testing activities.
  • Experience identifying and documenting quality issues and corrective actions.
  • Experience analyzing quality metrics and operational data.
  • Strong computer and digital skills.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, or quality management systems.
  • Ability to investigate issues and determine potential root causes.
  • Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
  • Professional, analytical, dependable, and quality-focused attitude.
  • English proficiency is required if the position involves working with English-speaking teams, clients, or documentation.
