ryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Analyst with experience in testing enterprise document management (EDM) systems and end-to-end integrations. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of solutions built on OnBase and integrated with platforms such as PeopleSoft and Salesforc

- y.Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, and documentation aligned with real-world business scenario
- s.Execute functional, integration, and regression testing across OnBase workflows and integrated SaaS platform
- s.Validate end-to-end business processes, including document management, workflow routing, and system-to-system data exchange
- s.Perform integration testing across enterprise platforms such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, DocuSign, and other third-party system
- s.Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand workflows, provide testing support, and ensure solutions align with real-world business need
- s.Create, coordinate, and track User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring effective execution and business validatio
- n.Conduct system demos and walkthroughs to support stakeholder understanding and solution acceptanc
- e.Identify, document, track, and validate defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, ensuring timely resolutio
- n.Validate data integrity, reconciliation, and accuracy across systems, including transaction and document flow
- s.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA leads, and platform teams to ensure alignment with quality standards and delivery timeline
- s.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologie
- s.Manage and support testing across multiple concurrent projects and prioritie
- s.Build subject matter expertise (SME) in OnBase workflows, integrations, and associated business processe

- nsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience
- ).1-3 years of QA experience with demonstrated strength in functional testing and exposure to integration testing related to SaaS platforms and OnBase workflows in the education domai
