Job Responsibility
Evaluations (Audit & DSATs) to identify if we can appeal (Results for iQA)
Share feedback with the agents on all people related defects (Quality Audits â CC, BC and Cc) and DSATs (Agent Related)
Conduct training and refreshers
Support and mentor new employees
Help operations on key metrics performance (Sharing insights & suggest action plan)
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Quality Analyst experience.
Fast learner who requires minimal supervision.
Trust & Safety and Content Moderation experience is highly preferred.
Language proficiency in Malay and English are mandatory.
Experience in preparing and presenting written project status reports and executive briefings.
Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
Organizational and time management abilities.
Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities.
People management.
Willing relocate work in Thailand.
Willing work in Rotational Shift.
