Quality Assurance Analyst (Spreading and Covenant Compliance) Jobs in Chandler, AZ at Wells Fargo
TOPS has partnered with a local manufacturing company looking to add a quality inspectors to its growing daylight shift operations. We are searching for career orientated individuals to add to our clients union work force.
This is an entry level position, our client is willing to teach you the skills need to be successful and grow with the company.
This is a high attention to detail type job. Ideally looking for candidates that are familiar with measuring devices such as micrometers and calipers. Majority of this job is performing visual and dimensional inspections of clients product.
Job Details:
Contract to hire position
Shift: Steady daylight shift Monday to Friday schedule but must be able to work weekends when required.
Hours: 7am to 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $16.66hr
Performance evaluation done at 45 and 90 days with a chance for pay increases up to $19hr.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspection of various glass products we manufacture
Use of measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers and gauges to ensure product is with in company specifications.
Fill out a small amount of paper work to document quality checks
Job requires a high attention to detail and accuracy
Position is somewhat repetitive, you will be inspecting a lot of the same or similar type pieces in any given shift.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior use of measuring tools is highly preferred
Ability to measure accurately is required.
High attention to detail is a must have.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
Some lifting will be required in this position to move materials in and out of your work area.
Must be ok working in hot and cold environments
