Job Title:_ Transmission Counterpoise Quality Inspector_

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in counterpoise and grounding techniques, as well as line construction. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to oversee and ensure projects are built to precise specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret design drawings to ensure assets meet project specifications.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Maintain a detailed daily journal and produce thorough project documentation.
Travel statewide as required to oversee construction sites.
Apply working knowledge of steel, wood, and concrete structures to various projects.
Qualifications
Level 1-3+ years of experience, Level 2-7+ years of experience, Level 3-10+ years
5 years as NPDES certified with established experience.
Proficiency in computer applications related to construction and documentation.
U.S. citizenship and a valid driver’s license.
Comprehensive understanding of counterpoise and grounding techniques.
Prior experience in line construction is required.
Preferred Skills
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.
