What You Will Enjoy Doing
Create a knowledge base for quality assurance cross processes
Integrate advanced quality analytics tools/ best practices to proactively monitor trends and identify deviations from established quality benchmarks
Design, implement, and monitor internal control systems to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular checks or audits, identify risks, and recommend improvements to mitigate vulnerabilities in processes
Document, update, and maintain workflows, SOPs, and related process documentation for accuracy and efficiency
Develop quality KPIs, provide support for dashboards design, and track progress
Establish periodic reviews of key quality processes to ensure scalability and adaptability to business growth
What Makes You Great
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in business-level English
Certification or proven knowledge in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Internal Auditor Certification is a strong advantage
Proficient in SAP modules, Microsoft Office Suite, and Visio
Experience with process description, mapping, improvement, understanding of software solution design, development, and implementation
