Title: Quality Assurance Architect/ Quality Assurance Engineer

Lead and define the overall Quality Engineering approach for a custom greenfield project.

Architect and implement automation frameworks for:

React UI testing using Selenium or similar tools.

GraphQL API testing using a custom testing framework and automation tools.

Load and performance testing using JMeter.

Ensure all test plans, test cases, and defect management are effectively handled through Azure DevOps (ADO).

Drive test automation at all layers (UI, API, performance, database).

Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and ensure quality requirements are met.

Design and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

Monitor and report on all phases of testing, identifying areas for improvement.

Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices, identifying opportunities to improve QE processes.

Provide mentorship to junior QA engineers and promote a quality first mindset within the team.

Implement continuous testing within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure fast, efficient, and reliable feedback.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a QA Architect or Senior QA Engineer in complex, custom development projects.

Strong knowledge of React UI testing automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, etc.

Experience with GraphQL API testing and ability to design automated test solutions.

Experience in selenium with C#.

Proficiency with performance testing tools like JMeter.

Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing test plans, test cases, and reporting.

Strong knowledge of agile testing methodologies and the ability to adapt testing strategies to agile development environments.

Hands-on experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., using Jenkins, Azure Pipelines).

Familiarity with quality engineering principles, including shift left testing, continuous testing, and in sprint test automation.

Familiarity with domain driven design (DDD) and CQRS patterns.

Knowledge of modern software architecture paradigms like microservices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate in complex testing scenarios.

Ability to lead cross functional teams and manage multiple testing activities simultaneously.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
