We are a specialty vaccine company that develops, manufactures, and commercializes prophylactic vaccines for infectious diseases addressing unmet medical needs.
We have leveraged our expertise and capabilities both to commercialize three vaccines, including the world’s first and only chikungunya vaccine, and to rapidly advance a broad range of vaccine candidates into and through the clinic, including candidates against Lyme disease, Shigella and Zika.
Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team in Vienna for 12 months. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the QA Systems team and take on a diverse range of administrative and organizational tasks. Specifically, your tasks will include:
Filing and processing of paper documents
Scanning and distribution of Quality Records
Updating and maintenance of electronic logs (Excel)
Support preparation for Inspections and Audits
Actively support Quality Assurance activities related to Training of Quality Systems
Maintenance of the GxP Archive and support for archiving of documents
Requirements
HTL, Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent in a relevant field as a plus (e.g., Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology)
Experience within QA/QC/GxP regulated environment is a plus but not a requirement
Excellent computer and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to organize and schedule work within a busy office
Detail oriented, proactive and solution-oriented in a fast-changing environment
Able to work cross-functional, independently but also in a team

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 43.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. However our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
