Our client Royal Fans is looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager in Gujrat
Royal Fans seeks a skilled Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance to lead and oversee quality assurance activities within the organization. The successful candidate will manage a dedicated team of 10 professionals and ensure adherence to quality management systems and industry standards. This role requires expertise in implementing process improvements, conducting internal audits, and applying risk management techniques to maintain and enhance product and service quality.
In this position, the Assistant Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and ensures effective corrective and preventive actions are executed. The role demands strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with suppliers to maintain high-quality standards aligned with ISO 9001 requirements. A minimum of four years of relevant experience and a robust understanding of root cause analysis, supplier quality management, and compliance are essential for success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the quality assurance team by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct thorough process audits and compliance assessments to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.
- Use root cause analysis tools to investigate quality issues and lead the development and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve quality concerns and ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Drive Lean Six Sigma projects to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency within the quality assurance function.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and coordinate supplier audits to ensure consistent quality delivery.
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management to support decision-making.
- Remain current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and quality standards to ensure continuous compliance and best practices adoption.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills in quality tools, techniques, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage risk assessments related to product quality and process performance, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
