Role Overview:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate with strong experience in GMP pharmaceutical environments, specifically handling deviations, CAPA, and investigations. The ideal candidate will support quality operations, ensure compliance, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform review of batch records and quality documentation
- Lead/support deviation investigations and ensure timely closure
- Initiate and manage CAPA activities
- Ensure compliance with GMP and internal quality standards
- Support document control, audits, and QA operations
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QC, and other teams
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of QA experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Hands-on experience with deviations, CAPA, and investigations
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations
- Experience with batch record review preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
