Quality Assurance Assistant
Job Summary
Assists the QA manager with ensuring that the quality assurance standards are being met through the plans and processes of MCPC.
General Responsibilities
Identifies when quality assurance standards and procedures are, or are not, met/followed, and reports issues to the Sr. QA/Training Manager.
Assists all staff members with questions relating to clinic standards and procedures.
Reviews feedback and complaints about the quality of patient service, received via surveys, email, phone calls or texts in a timely and appropriate manner, and reports negative or unsatisfactory findings to the Sr. QA/Training Manager to determine appropriate follow-up.
Follows Sr. QA/Training Manager’s instructions in resolving negative patient feedback, which may include following formal investigation procedures in order to determine potential areas of service improvement.
Escalates negative patient feedback or complaints of a critical nature to the Sr. QA/Training Manager for appropriate follow-up.
Gathers data for the purpose of producing management reports from Athena, 340bWell and other sources for statistical analysis. Reports findings to the Sr. QA/Training Manager.
Keeps Sr. QA/Training Manager informed of progress on assigned tasks on a daily basis.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Sr. QA/Training Manager.
Job Qualifications
Experience: One to two years of related experience.
