Quality Assurance
Responsibilities:
Investigates incidents as assigned.
Review the incident reports and determine the direction of the investigation.
Complete all interviews and write a detailed investigation report within regulatory time frames.
Upload investigations in the state database within the regulatory time frames.
Ability to recognize any health and safety issues and report to appropriate parties.
On call responsibilities may be required.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or relevant investigator experience in Human Services or related field.

Commensurate with experience

Hours:
40 Hours a Week
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30 – 5:00pm, must have some
flexibility
