Quality Assurance Associate Jobs in Atwater, CA at Dole Packaged Foods
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Regularly checks conformance of production with established baking parameters
Checks the conformance of raw materials and packaging materials during warehouse receiving
Regularly checks the conformance of finished products in accordance with set parameters
Conducts inspection of uniform, grooming and hygiene of bakery personnel
Conducts random checking of bakery stores and bakery equipment’s and utensils if it complies with established sanitation standards
Conducts product shelf life study
Regularly reviews material safety and data sheet and certificate of analysis of suppliers
Ensures all Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP standards are met
Other tasks as may be assigned

Job Requirements:
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Keen attention to detail Must be able to provide a non-expired health certificate from Public Health.
HS Diploma or GED required
Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
Prolonged periods of walking.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
