We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to play a key role in evaluating raw materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, science-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
Assess supply chain materials to verify compliance with import/export regulations.
Conduct product evaluations and release decisions for raw materials and finished goods.
Provide technical support in risk assessments related to sourcing, residual solvents, and heavy metals.
Review and complete regulatory documentation, including Certificates of Origin and customer questionnaires.
Oversee inspection and final usage decisions for critical raw materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
Recent community college or university graduate preferred.
Experience with Mango or SAP is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
