Job Description:
Collaborate with the project manager to ensure the product is thoroughly tested and bug-free before release.
Identify, report, and track defects efficiently throughout the testing process.
Provide end-user training and support to ensure a smooth transition and optimal use of the product.
Assist developers in clarifying and refining functional specifications to align with project goals.
Qualifications:
Experience in IT or related fields.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
Strong report writing abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems or wholesale systems is a plus.
