To help us stay ahead of the curve, we’re searching for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join our high-performing Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) team.
About the Role…
Reporting to the Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager, you’ll be a driving force behind our quality assurance strategy – shaping and enforcing standards across our sites, offices, factories, and yards. This is more than ticking ISO boxes – it’s about raising the bar group-wide.
You’ll deliver scored audits via SharePoint, support internal and external audit processes, and keep us aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 27001 and 14064-1. You’ll work closely with site teams to close non-conformances, enhance the Business Management System, and advise on quality best practice. You’ll also play a key role in board-level reporting, ESG strategy, and the continual development of our integrated systems.
What You’ll Need…
We’re looking for a confident, proactive individual who thrives in a compliance-driven, multi-site environment. If you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and know how to bring people with you on a journey, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll come from a similar position, within the housebuilding or built environment. Your strong Internal auditing experience, and deep familiarity with ISO standards and compliance systems will set you apart from the competition. You’ll have strong communication, analysis and stakeholder management skills, High IT literacy – Excel, SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, and have the ability to travel across sites (full UK driving licence required).
