Key Responsibilities :
Mentor the QA team, setting clear objectives and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manual testing.
Collaborate with development and product teams to identify testing requirements and define acceptance criteria.
Oversee the execution of manual testing and ensure test results are documented and analyzed thoroughly.
Guide and assist the team in adopting and implementing automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.
Continuously improve testing processes, identify areas for automation, and enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Track and report QA metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts, to ensure transparency and Skills :
Proven experience in manual testing with a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Knowledge of automation testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.
Hands-on experience with test management and defect-tracking tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate the QA team.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working in an agile environment.

Experience in API testing and performance testing tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java for test automation.
