We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in automation testing using Playwright and experience in data testing. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and validation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute automated test scripts using Playwright for functional and regression testing, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot automation failures.
Perform data validation testing, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data across databases, APIs, and data pipelines.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project requirements and timelines.
Provide feedback and insights on test results and suggest process improvements for automation and data testing.
Continuously improve test frameworks and stay updated on the latest testing tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in automation testing using Playwright and data testing.
Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for test scripting.
Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data in relational databases.
Experience working in an Agile environment with CI/CD pipelines.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with other test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
Knowledge of performance testing or API testing tools.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
