Our flagship platform, Ikonik VXPâ„¢ (Video Experience Platform), enables seamless video streaming across multiple platforms, including Web, Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, iOS, Android, LG, Samsung, and more.
We’re looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer to design and implement robust test automation frameworks, support API and web application testing, and drive quality standards across our development lifecycle. This is a hands-on role with strong impact on the scalability and reliability of our OTT platform.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases for web and API testing.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or equivalent.
Ensure that the products meet the company’s quality standards before releaseÑŽ
Continuously improve test processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Collaborate closely with developers, QAs, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery within Agile workflows.
Qualifications
3+ years of automation testing experience.
Strong skills in Java or Groovy and test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Maven/Gradle, TestNG/JUnit.
Experience with API testing
Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or equivalent
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to details
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with the team
Solid Java/Groovy knowledge
Knowledge of Belarusian or Ukrainian language
English level: B2 or higher.
Nice to Have:
Experience in Groovy
Confidence in SQL
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker
