We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Onsite Automation Lead to oversee the automation strategy, development, and implementation at client locations. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Lead Automation Projects: Manage the end-to-end automation process for onsite projects, including scoping, design, implementation, testing, and support.
Automation Design and Strategy: Develop and implement robust automation strategies tailored to the client’s business requirements. Ensure best practices are followed to optimize business processes.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate existing automation processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest automation technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously drive innovation.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting automation-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Reporting & Documentation: Provide detailed reports on automation performance, successes, issues, and areas of improvement to both the client and internal teams.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting to stakeholders and clients.
Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Appium etc.
Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript.
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and methodologies.

Certifications:
Relevant certifications in automation or software testing (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Selenium Professional).
Experience in Agile Environments: Experience working in Agile project environments and understanding of Agile principles.
