Role Overview:
We are looking for a Tech Lead QA Automation to integrate our teams in Porto within a strategic e-commerce project focused on an Order Management System (OMS).
In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise in test automation with leadership responsibilities, supporting the definition and execution of a robust quality assurance strategy.
What you will do:
- Lead the QA and test automation strategy across the project;
- Manage and support a team of functional testers, ensuring delivery quality and alignment;
- Define and promote best practices in software testing and quality assurance;
- Design, implement, and continuously improve automation frameworks;
- Collaborate with development, product, and business stakeholders;
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
What you are like:
- Proficient in QA engineering with a strong focus on test automation;
- Experienced in leading or coordinating QA teams;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent in English.
