Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional ready to take ownership of compliance across Europe within a global pharmaceutical organisation?
A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking a QA Compliance Manager (QP preferred) to join its expanding global quality function. This is a unique opportunity to be the sole QA representative in Europe, working closely with a US-based leadership team while shaping and strengthening compliance frameworks across clinical and preclinical programmes.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading GxP compliance activities across EU clinical and preclinical operations
- Supporting QP responsibilities (if applicable)
- Driving audit readiness, inspections, and quality improvements
- Partnering globally across QA, regulatory, and external vendors
What we’re looking for
- Strong QA experience in pharma/biotech
- Background in clinical trials and preclinical compliance
- QP status or eligibility is a plus
- Someone who thrives in a hands-on, autonomous role
- Clear, confident communicator who can operate in a fast-paced, global environment
