About The Role
The Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager will lead QA and compliance initiatives at Allbirds, overseeing the QA process across various teams.
The role involves developing and implementing QA processes throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
The manager will analyze and resolve post-production quality issues by identifying root causes and collaborating with production teams.

Minimum Requirements
A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Product Development is required.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Product Development, preferably in the footwear industry.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices is essential, along with a proven track record of managing QA programs.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to handle complex issues and make data-driven decisions.
The candidate should possess strong self-motivation and initiative to prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial for building and maintaining relationships across multiple departments.
