Job Summary

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality control inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Utilize tools such as Calypso and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to measure and analyze product specifications.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in fabrication processes.
Document findings and create reports on quality metrics, trends, and issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems.
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards throughout the production cycle.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to quality assurance.
Experience
Proven experience in quality control or assurance roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with quality systems, including ISO 9001 standards and FDA regulations.
Proficient in using measurement tools such as Calypso and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions regarding product quality.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, enabling effective documentation and reporting of quality metrics.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a focus on quality improvement initiatives.
