Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to play a key role in maintaining quality standards across live projects. This is a newly established position based primarily at head office, with regular site visits for meetings and inspections, and offers genuine scope for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Quality Management System.
- Manage compliance records, site inspections, and project handover to ensure BCAR requirements are met.
- Oversee and standardise quality inspections across sites.
- Review, validate, and issue high-quality site reports, snag lists, and defect reports to internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring quality trends and feeding structured feedback into design and delivery teams.
- Strengthen and formalise quality reporting processes and documentation standards.
- Represent the business at project meetings.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality management practices.
Suitable Candidates Should Have:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role with a main contractor.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of construction practices, trades, and techniques.
- Strong technical ability.
- Excellent IT skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
- A full clean European driving licence and access to transport.
- The ability to work well as part of a team and meet deadlines.
- A professional presence, dress, and demeanour.
