About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant to join our CRM & Industry Workflows Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring our AI-powered, end-to-end solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and business value. You will design comprehensive test strategies, execute detailed testing procedures, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Technical Consultants, Business Process Consultants, and Project Managers. Your expertise will support both internal development efforts and customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that our solutions deliver optimal performance and meet client expectations. This role requires a combination of hands-on testing skills, strategic thinking, and strong communication abilities to drive continuous quality improvements across our platform.
Qualifications
- 35+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance within CRM, CSM, or ERP implementations
- Deep understanding of CRM processes such as sales, order management, configure, price, quote (CPQ), customer service, and field service
- Hands-on experience with functional, integration, and regression testing for SaaS and enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with at least one major CRM or workflow platform such as Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Dynamics, Oracle, or SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to document test results, defects, and provide clear, actionable recommendations
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-CSM, CIS-FSM, CIS-Sales) or equivalent Salesforce/Pega certifications
- Experience with test automation tools such as ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), Selenium, or JUnit
- Knowledge of AI/GenAI testing approaches, including chatbot workflows, AI prediction validation, and explainability testing
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory testing related to data privacy, accessibility, and audits
- Experience working in industries such as telecommunications, financial services, insurance, or the public sector is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain comprehensive test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria aligned with business requirements and user stories
- Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, regression, performance, and AI agent workflows
- Execute hands-on functional, integration, and regression testing of ServiceNow configurations and integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Pega, SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Validate AI agent use cases, including case deflection, guided selling, and contract AI, ensuring accuracy, explainability, and guardrails
- Document defects clearly, track their resolution, and perform retesting to confirm fixes
- Collaborate with Business Process Consultants to ensure acceptance criteria accurately reflect desired business outcomes
- Support customer UAT planning, facilitate defect triage, and assist in resolution processes
- Provide constructive feedback to Technical Consultants and Architects to enhance solution quality and performance
- Contribute to the development of automated test scripts and reusable testing templates
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including test accelerators and delivery playbooks
- Promote a culture of quality within the team, balancing speed and thoroughness in testing practices
