Position Overview
UT Southwestern is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. This role involves collaborating with management and clinical departments to meet dashboard standards, analyze data, conduct audits, and support quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in a related field required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience; healthcare facility experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with departments to analyze data and report findings.
Plan and conduct audits, analyze data, and propose improvements.
Support department through data analysis, training, and documentation review.
Communicate results effectively to team and leadership.
Supervise administrative and technical staff as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
