Overview
Our Quality, Risk, and Compliance teams focus on maintaining compliance and auditing to mitigate risk for our operations. This ensures the company remains compliant with State, Federal, and company requirements, and most importantly, keeps our clients safe and helps them live their best life. Responsibilities
Conduct case file and record reviews for compliance, identify opportunities for improvement or corrective actions, and ensure contractual performance expectations are met.
Submit weekly Quality Assurance reports to the Project Director in a timely manner.
Provide consistent feedback to management regarding areas needing improvement.
Ensure 100% client participation in satisfaction surveys.
Ensure all clients receive a return call within 24 hours of calling and leaving a message.
Review quality assurance standards, study existing policies and procedures, and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance programs through interviews.
Create, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of two years related experience.
Knowledge of quality assurance procedures and relevant laws and mandates.
Proficiency with computers and data management processes.
Knowledge of eligibility determination processes and filing procedures.
