Your Opportunity: Taylor Print and Service Solutions, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking a Quality Manager at its Dallas, TX label manufacturing plant.

Your Responsibilities:
Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, and compliance with procedures
Manages installation, inspection and testing procedures for finished products.
Recommends corrective action necessary to ensure conformity with quality specifications
Develops, tracks, and reports key service performance measurements
Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external contacts
Coordinates activities with other functions (engineering, production, sales) including developing and implementing policies and procedures
Monitors program effectiveness and develops processes to increase the effectiveness of activities
Establishes and maintains industry relations
Develops and manages departmental budget, labor dollars, and controls costs.
Coordinates safety program to install culture of safety first.
You Must Have:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to conceptualize and communicate concepts, both written, and verbally
Ability to deal with multiple projects and time constraints
Ability to establish / maintain positive working relationships
Be able to travel up to 10% as needed for client
Must have excellent organizational /planning skills
We Would Also Prefer:
Bachelor’s Degree
Technical knowledge of labels and label manufacturing processes
