Quality Assurance Coordinator Jobs in West Palm Beach, FL at City of West Palm Beach

About the Opportunity

Our client—a fast-growing national provider of trenchless infrastructure solutions—specializes in making water, wastewater, and industrial systems safer and longer-lasting. They foster a safety-first, high-energy culture that prizes teamwork, professional growth, and technical excellence. If you’re passionate about elevating quality, mentoring crews, and solving field challenges, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do As the Quality Manager:

Equipment & Troubleshooting
You’ll be the go-to expert on centrifugal-cast and plural-component spray rigs. When equipment acts up, you figure out why, fix it, and put preventative measures in place so it stays reliable on future jobs.

Project & Client Interface
Working side-by-side with project managers and owners, you’ll make sure every spec is met and keep everyone updated with clear progress reports and quality records.

Application Oversight
You’ll run the show when it comes to mixing, spraying, and curing mortars and epoxies, double-checking that all work meets AMPP/NACE/SSPC standards and job-specific tolerances.

Training & Curriculum
Design and deliver hands-on training for certified applicators and in-house crews. You’ll keep the material current with new regulations, best practices, and company safety policies.

Technical Support & Sales Enablement
Provide on-site guidance during applications and inspections, and team up with sales or customer-service reps to spot and support up-sell opportunities when they make sense.

Quality Assurance & Reporting
Carry out field inspections, complete detailed QA/QC reports, track project data, and suggest improvements that boost quality on the next job.
