The Role
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry regulations while driving continuous improvement across our pharmaceutical operations. You will oversee QMS procedures, conduct audits, and work closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to drive quality excellence across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve Quality Assurance procedures.
Oversee and maintain the QMS, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Review and approve QA-controlled documentation, including batch records, deviations, and change controls.
Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
Evaluate and approve suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
Manage and investigate deviations, non-conformities, and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Lead change control processes, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance.
Act as a key liaison, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contract manufacturers, clients, and subcontractors.
Candidate Profile
University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
Experience in supplier audits and CAPA management.
Strong computer literacy, including experience with QMS databases and documentation systems.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) with excellent ability to communicate across teams and external stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organisational skills.
