Outcast Clothing is one of Australia’s fastest growing online fashion companies, exclusively designing the hottest new styles and setting the trends.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Coordinator on a 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract to support our Sourcing Manager with day to day Quality and Compliance enquiries in maintaining top-tier quality standards across our supply chain. In this role, you’ll take ownership of QC matters, handle QC escalations from suppliers and our warehouse team, oversee quality inspections, and keep our QA logs up to date. You’ll also be responsible for supplier communication and training, ensuring compliance with our QA standards through manual reviews, updates, and proactive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure bulk product upon arrival adheres to our QA guidelines, product standards and compliance requirements

Investigate and liaise with suppliers on all quality issues focusing on overall product quality, trim quality and compliance requirements

Assist with monthly reports to provide QA insights to the wider business

Follow up all supplier claims relating to product defects, incorrect labelling or damaged packaging

Investigate all customer complaints relating to quality issues and report through on resolutions/recommendations to the QA/SC Managers

Assist with creating action plans to improve quality within the supply chain

Coordinate shipping sample approval and follow up ensuring all ex factory deadlines are maintained

Organise inline/finished goods inspections at factories based on QA strategy

Resourcing any product to new suppliers for QA reasons

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in QA (preferably from a fashion/e-commerce background)

Skills: Strong knowledge of QA and experience working within a supply chain team, garment constructions and understanding of grading preferred.

Work Style: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, e-commerce, warehouse, and design teams
