Are you a Quality Technician with CMM and CNC machining experience looking to make an impact in a dynamic and supportive environment? Rapid Prototyping and Engineering is expanding, and we’re searching for skilled professionals like you to join our Night Shift team!

With exciting expansions underway, including a significant increase in floor space, new CNC equipment, and additional shifts, we’re ready to push boundaries and grow alongside our customers’ needs.
Responsibilities:
Program or load verified programs to run 2 CMM’s
Measure precision parts and components with multitude of gages
Record inspection results
Assist in developing quality inspection sheets
As needed, operate CNC machine to meet customer specifications
As needed, light assembly, laser etch and deburr
As needed, assist in packing finished goods
Preferred Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
5+ years of CMM programming, setup and operation experience
5+ years of experience using measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers
CNC machining experience a plus.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints and GD&T.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Strong work ethic.
Physical ability to perform essential job functions.
