Experience with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures): The candidate should have experience reviewing, analyzing, and drafting SOPs or work instructions in a quality assurance capacity.

Clear communication is necessary for conducting assessments and participating in deviation investigations or CAPA activities.

Administrative & Organizational Skills: The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills to maintain accurate documentation, review records, and support quality assurance processes.

Teamwork & Collaboration: Since the position involves working with multiple departments (manufacturing, quality, etc.), candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively within teams and participating in investigations or audits.

5. Other Considerations:

Entry-Level or Mid-Level Experience: Since the education requirement is a high school diploma, you may find both entry-level candidates with some QA experience or those with a couple of years of experience. However, having some experience with batch records and quality assurance responsibilities is key.
