Job Summary
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that food quality and safety standards are met. This role involves managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The Kitchen Manager will also implement quality control measures and improve kitchen efficiency while fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth operations.
Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to prevent shortages.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, FDA regulations, CGMP, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 standards.
Analyze kitchen processes to identify areas for improvement and implement project management strategies for efficiency.
Train staff on quality management systems and best practices in food preparation and safety.
Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Experience
Basic understanding and experience in Vietnamese cuisine.
Proven experience in a kitchen management role or similar position within the food industry.
Strong understanding of quality control measures, project management, and quality systems related to food production.
Familiarity with HACCP principles, FDA regulations, CGMP practices, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 standards is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement in kitchen operations.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
