Job Description: R&D IT CSV Analyst (Remote) – MSP Team
Rate: $50 per hour
Duration: 3 months to start, with potential extension
Position Overview
Sarepta is seeking an experienced R&D IT CSV Analyst to join its MSP team in a remote capacity. This role requires strong technical expertise in R&D systems and tech operations, along with hands-on experience with Labvantage—which is currently being rolled out at Sarepta—and its integrations with Statistica. The analyst will also contribute to Lab Informatics work, including validation of calculations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise in R&D systems, tech operations, and system validation.
Support the implementation and integration of Labvantage and other systems like Statistica.
Conduct Lab Informatics work, ensuring accuracy in validation of calculations and system configurations.
Perform system development life cycle (SDLC) activities, including system configuration, testing strategies, and validation approaches.
Act as a Business Analyst (BA), gathering requirements and improving process efficiencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
Technical Experience: Strong understanding of R&D systems and tech ops.
Labvantage Expertise: Familiarity with its implementation and integration work.
System Validation & Testing: Proficiency in SDLC, system configuration, and testing strategies.
Lab Informatics Background: Experience in validating calculations and data processing.
Business Analysis (BA) Skills: Ability to define requirements and support business operations.
Soft Skills
Strong Communication Skills: Must be proactive in identifying and communicating issues promptly.
Proactive Approach: Ability to anticipate challenges and address them before they escalate.
Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with analytical reasoning.
Interview Guidelines
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate competency in the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) when responding to interview questions. Answers should showcase diverse project experiences rather than repeatedly referencing the same example.
Technical Knowledge Areas
Candidates must be prepared to answer questions on:
Veeva Connector Projects and their validation approach.
Veeva Security Profiles, configurations, reference lookups, and DACs.

Pay: $42.19 – $53.00 per hour
