Job Summary
This role serves as the primary facilitator for all customer-related quality tasks within the brewery.
Responsibilities
Supervise Customer and Hold Coordinators.
Manage rework prioritization, coordination, and reconciliation processes.
Oversee the QA hold area efficiently.
Collaborate with Analytical and Packaging QA Managers on customer-related tasks.
Gather data, manage sample shipments, and maintain the sample retention program.
Conduct mock recalls to ensure traceability program effectiveness.
Set up new products and updates in quality systems, communicating with relevant departments.
Support plant trials for new products or packaging, ensuring proper data collection.
Review and verify quality data across shifts for accuracy and compliance.
Handle customer requests related to data, samples, shipments, and testing.
Assist with investigations of out-of-specification issues, audits, and root cause analysis.
Monitor consumer complaints and conduct root cause investigations.
Review quality incident reports and coordinate with departments and suppliers.
Support other projects related to customer requests as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Food Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in food manufacturing, brewing, or processing quality departments.
Knowledge of Beverage Industry HACCP/GMP, QASOPs, and SSOPs.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Physical and Mental Demands
