We are currently partnering with a global biopharmaceutical client to recruit a QA Document Control Specialist for their state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Shanbally. This is a 12-month contract role with potential for extension, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a highly regulated, quality-driven environment.
Position Summary
As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving site quality systems, with a strong focus on document control and inspection readiness. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process controlled documents within the site’s Document Control System, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate document change controls, including approvals and effective date management.
- Support inspection readiness activities and ensure documentation is audit-ready at all times.
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on document control processes and system use.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and monitor quality metrics related to document management.
About You
You will have strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience working with QMS or EDMS systems and proficiency in Excel or metrics reporting would be advantageous, though not essential.
