As a Quality Assurance Document Specialist
, you will be responsible for the accurate collection, control, and maintenance of all documentation associated with the Vehicle History Book (VHB), including manufacturing, final assembly, testing, and quality records. This responsibility ensures compliance with internal quality standards as well as specific customer requirements.
Key Activities
Collect, review, and ensure that internal and external Vehicle History Book (VHB) documentation meets quality standards and company guidelines.
File approved documents in the VHB.
Support the development of the project VHB Table of Contents.
Track and process document issues and assist with resolution across involved departments.
Support Quality Managers in the delivery and acceptance of the VHB.
Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on VHB requirements.
Maintain physical and digital copies of all Vehicle History Book documentation.
Maintain document control metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
0-2 years of experience in quality documentation or a similar role.
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Fluent in English; basic German skills are a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
