Job Description:
Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty with a minimum of 5 years of experience, 10+ preferred, in the field of power plants, transmission and distribution or utility substation experience.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks while working under general supervision.
Must have excellent computer skill and communication skills, with the ability to travel.
Reports to the Director of Commercial Support Service.
Key Notes:
This is not a nuclear QA position — it’s focused on power QA.
Candidate will be working on high-voltage projects.
The role centers around QA for the procurement of large high-voltage equipment.
Looking for an experienced QA professional who can work independently.
Must-Haves:
Electrical experience: ability to understand engineering processes, electrical drawings, and work with transformers/breakers.
Experience with high-voltage (500 kV to 200 kV) and mid-voltage systems.
QA Program experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Additional Details:
Travel is mandatory, including domestic and international ( Southeast Asia).
Open to candidates with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering backgrounds.
Candidates from the power or manufacturing industries are welcome.
