Primary Role of Position
QA Engineers perform QA activities to objectively evaluate performed processes, work products, and services against the applicable process descriptions, standards, and procedures; and provide feedback to project members and managers on the results of quality assurance activities. Responsibilities
• Be assigned as QA Representative for projects or other supporting groups:
• Ensure that the project process is defined validly.
• Develop Quality Assurance Plan for projects.
• Participate in develop and review project plans, standards, and procedures.
• Audit and review project software artifacts, activities to ensure that the defined project process is followed.
• Identify and document noncompliance issues and ensure that noncompliance issues are addressed.
• Providing feedback to managers and the group members on the results of quality assurance activities
• Collect data related to QA activities for measurements.
• Involve to internal audit team if required.
• Take responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the process compliance of each corresponding department.
• Control process for other departments.
• Analyze data related to QA activities for improvements.
• Research for QA improvements and conduct training.
Requirements
• Experience in software development or quality engineering or quality system (Has 1 – 2 years’ experience on QA with good analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Statistical Process Control).
• QMS background specifically ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Audit skill (Process Audit or Internal Audit).
• Good at English speaking, writing, and listening skills.
• Quality-oriented, standard-minded.
• Ability to work independently – self-directed, on multiple projects.
• Team-oriented.
• Communication and problem-solving skills are highly required.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams. B
