We’re on the lookout for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who lives and breathes automation, thrives on performance metrics, and knows the ins and outs of API and mobile testing. If you’ve got a sharp eye for detail and experience in core banking or CRM systems, this could be your next big move.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and execute robust test strategies for web, mobile, and API-driven platforms
Run functional, UAT, integration, and performance tests to ensure excellence at every level
Conduct cross-platform mobile testing (Android & iOS)
Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java
Use JMeter to stress test systems and decode performance bottlenecks
Perform precise API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured
Work side-by-side with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless QA workflows
Document and track test cases, bugs, and testing results in a structured manner
Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, tools, and methodologies
What You Bring
4+ years of hands on experience in software QA with senior-level accountability
Expertise in Test Automation using Selenium + Java
Strong skills in mobile application testing (native/hybrid apps)
Proven experience with performance testing tools like JMeter
Proficiency in API testing methodologies and tools
Exposure to core banking and/or CRM domains a significant advantage
Understanding of QA standards (e.g., ISO, TMMi) and quality engineering best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly across teams
Bonus: ISTQB certification.
