Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality System Engineer located in Bursa. The engineer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing quality audits, managing quality assurance processes, and ensuring adherence to quality management protocols. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze quality data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to meet client and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Quality Management and Quality System implementation.
- Proficiency in Quality Auditing and applying best practices to ensure compliance with standards.
- Strong skills in Quality Assurance processes focused on delivering consistent and reliable results.
- Ability to perform Auditing efficiently and improve operational quality processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Educational background in engineering or a related field, with a preference for candidates familiar with the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001, TS 16949, AS9100, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001/Tisax is advantageous.
