About This Vacancy
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at TMC, you are responsible for ensuring and improving quality within production and development environments. You act as a link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring that products and processes comply with the applicable quality standards. Responsibilities: – Primary point of contact for quality-related questions from clients and suppliers – Handling complaints, deviations, and quality issues – Drafting and implementing quality plans for product introductions – Guiding corrective and preventive measures – Applying quality methodologies such as PPAP, 8D, FMEA, and Pareto analyses – Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams within production and engineering
What We Expect From You
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university education) degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- At least 2–5 years of relevant work experience as a Quality Engineer or Quality Assurance Engineer
- Proven knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100
- Experience with quality methodologies such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, and 8D Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with customer and supplier quality is a plus
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English Proactive, independent, and results-oriented work attitude
