The candidate that will succeed in this position will be able to create all the testing and automation frameworks as required for their projects. Thus, the candidate may have to work on multiple projects once, also working to improve the company’s best practices from a testing a standpoint.
Responsibilities:
•Collaborating with peer departments and Bangladesh suppliers directly to secure company product quality standards.
•Behave as a bridgework between HQ/Asia Team & Bangladesh suppliers.
•Visit Bangladesh factories/online meetings to ensure DTP/Quality requirements are being followed properly.
•Create monthly DTP KPIs.
•Monitoring supplier’s performance based on KPIs, advice, training, and visiting suppliers to ensure quality requirements are being followed properly.
•Built action plans with the supplier with low approval & quality performance.
•For risks, complex and elaborated styles defined by DTP LRH &/or Merchandisers organize PP meetings with Bangladesh suppliers to solve possible production risks and follow up on 1st inline production to seal sample with the factory technical team.
•Support DTP LRH on the fitting approval with the Bangladesh supplier acting as facilitator, upon demand.
•Support on the approvals for priorities POs from Bangladesh suppliers by HQ/ Asia Team to improve time to market, upon demand.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree
5+ years relevant testing experience
Technical skills
Team player
