Duties
- Develop, review, and refine quality assurance protocols aligned with ISO regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and ISO 9001 standards to ensure compliance throughout manufacturing operations
- Conduct rigorous quality audits and inspections across production lines to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality control procedures
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for product defects or non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate future risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality systems management, including documentation control, process validation, and risk assessments
- Perform ongoing quality inspections during manufacturing to verify product specifications meet established standards
- Facilitate training sessions on quality policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for staff members
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, inspection results, and compliance status for management review
Experience
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a semiconductor environment, preferably in industries such as gas and chemicals.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits and implementing effective corrective actions
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and quality systems management tools
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements
- Project management experience is advantageous for coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to clearly document findings and collaborate with diverse teams
